The Northern Cape Provincial Legislature (NCPL) is the legislative branch of Government of the Northern Cape Province, South Africa. It is a body of 30 public representatives called Members of the Provincial Legislature (MPLs) elected for a five year term.

The current NCPL consists of the African National Congress (ANC), the Majority Party, with 9 MPLs; Official Opposition the Democratic Alliance (DA) with 7 MPLs; and the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) with 2 MPLs; and the Freedom Front (FF+) with 1 MPL.

The Northern Cape Provincial Legislature, like the eight other Provincial Legislatures in South Africa, was created on 27 April 1994 in terms of the then Interim Constitution of South Africa, which dissolved the four original provinces (and their provincial councils) and created the nine current provinces.

The Northern Cape Provincial Legislature is situated in Kimberley, west of the city centre on the edge of Galeshewe.
